Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for all parties. Cancellation or rescheduling fees are as follows:

1:1 Coaching Sessions Cancellation Policy

• More Than 48 Hours' Notice:

  • No charge.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

• Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice:

  • 100% of the session fee is charged.

• No-Shows:

  • The full session fee will be charged if the Coachee fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.

Once you've paid for your session e-mail Julie-Ann@joycoaching.uk to book in your session. Julie-Ann holds in person sessions, in Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset, as well as in London. Julie-Ann hold online sessions too. Just let us know your preference on booking.
