Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for all parties. Cancellation or rescheduling fees are as follows:
1:1 Coaching Sessions Cancellation Policy
More Than 48 Hours' Notice:
No charge.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice:
100% of the session fee is charged.
No-Shows:
The full session fee will be charged if the Coachee fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
