  1. Book a no obligation call to see if coaching is the right solution for you or your company. If we both agree it is....

  2. A Chemistry meeting will be arranged to ensure both parties feel they can work well together and are the ‘right fit’.

  3. A 3-way meeting between sponsor, coachee and coach will take place to agree areas of development, goals, timelines, and what success looks like.

  4. We work together Typically, sessions run for 90 minutes and we meet every 3-4 weeks from anywhere from 4 months to a year and beyond

  5. Review. We will meet again as a three halfway through the number of agreed sessions to measure if we're on track to reach our goals. We will meet again at the end of our relationship.
